Dale Resources Meeting Today – Don’t Sign Lease…Yet

Craig Davis of Dale Resources is holding an informational meeting today, Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The meeting will be held at Pleasantview Baptist Church at 4400 Pleasantview Drive in Arlington. This meeting is a “come and go” type with ongoing repeating information during those times.

As mentioned in my last post, Bob Haelle is currently the “point man” in dealing with the those gas companies and representatives in search of leasing your gas mineral rights. There are many homeowners with whom he has discussed what steps to take as we seek a satisfactory outcome in these negotiations. There are others who are helping Bob, as well as myself, who have also spoken with our immediate neighbors and have solicited their opinions as well.

In view of these “over the fence” discussions with your neighbors and mine we want to recommend you do NOT sign a mineral rights leasing form at this time.

We’re not going to dictate to you what you can or can’t do but let’s give ourselves an opportunity to see if coming together as a large group of interested parties we can negotiate terms that are more favorable to us and our neighbors in Coronet Estates and adjacent areas.
